Professional Background
Steve Gray is a Vice President of Coldwell Banker Commercial S.A. in Dallas, one of the largest commercial real estate firms in the U. S. Steve specializes in the brokerage and leasing of improved income properties, including retail and office, along with land for investment and development. Steve has extensive experience in commercial property sales and leasing throughout the DFW area. Before joining the Coldwell Banker Commercial Team, he was associated with KCRE Properties and Scott Brown Properties, both local commercial real estate groups, where he handled brokerage, management, sales and leasing.

Steve entered the Real Estate profession in 1997 in Dallas, Texas and has successfully completed over seventy (70) real estate transactions during this time. Prior to entering Real Estate, Steve worked for the Center for Economic Development at the University of North Texas in Denton, Texas.

Steve received his BBA in Economics from the University of North Texas (UNT), Denton, Texas, in 1995 and his MS in Regional Economics from UNT in 1996.
