Shawn Hall specializes in the Leasing and Sale of Office/Industrial & Flex Properties. Shawn comes to Coldwell Banker Commercial S.A., just as he started with the Coldwell brand in 1999, with enthusiasm and a keen team spirit.

Shawn began his Real Estate Career in 1994 with the Mian Company where his primary focus was on Office Leasing, handling both Landlord and Tenant Representation. Mr. Hall served his Clients well, helping to Lease over 1,000,000 square feet of space. By 1999, Shawn had found his niche, with most of his Clients and his time being devoted to Office/Industrial and Flex/Tech sites. Shawn’s extensive work with these property types gives him an edge in this ever-changing market.

Shawn’s intense desire and work effort are a welcome addition to the Coldwell Banker Commercial S.A. team, as his positive attitude and team leadership brings strength to those around him.
