Professional Background
Born and raised in Dallas, David Choe joined Coldwell Banker Commercial in 2007 with the experience in sales developed working in Morgan Stanley's Private Client Group.

David's primary area of focus at Coldwell Banker Commercial S.A. is in investment sales concentrating on multi-family apartments, office, retail and land. David is ambitious and is dedicated to detail. He prefers acting as a consultant to make sure the client receives his full attention.

David’s clients includes Kevin Lee insurance, Legend Auto, and Coldwell Banker Residential. He also works with several land use developers for both multifamily and retail oriented developments in the Rockwall area.

David’s responsible and pleasant nature, as well as his fluency in Korean, round out his well-balanced persona and lend an air of comfort to his clients.
